Fully automated electricity rate optimization — from scanning to switching, we handle everything.
Tell us your ZIP code, average monthly bill, and preferences (renewable, fixed-rate, no cancellation fees). We use this to filter out plans that don't fit you and only show the ones that do.
30 days before your billing cycle renews, our smart technology queries every registered retail electricity supplier in your state, plus public data sources like the EIA, PowerToChoose (TX), and OpenEI. We collect hundreds of rate plans simultaneously.
Our intelligent platform compares every plan on total cost of ownership — not just the headline rate. It factors in monthly fees, cancellation fees, contract terms, supplier reliability scores, and your actual usage pattern.
What we check for every plan:
If we find a plan that saves you at least $5/month, we email and optionally text you immediately. The notification includes the new rate, supplier, projected savings, and switch date. Reply CANCEL within 5 days and we won't proceed.
📧 Example notification you'd receive:
"Hi Alice, great news! We found a better electricity rate for you. Switching from Direct Energy (11.8¢/kWh) to Spark Energy (9.5¢/kWh) will save you $28/month ($336/year). Switch date: May 1, 2026. You don't need to do anything — we'll handle it automatically. Reply CANCEL within 5 days to opt out."
Our automated system submits the enrollment request directly to the new supplier 30 days in advance. The supplier notifies your local utility, and the switch is processed during your next billing cycle. Your electricity never turns off.
Your new lower rate is reflected on your next electricity bill. We automatically calculate the savings versus what you were paying, and deduct our 20% fee via the payment method you provided. You see the savings, we see our share — completely transparent.
If we don't find a better rate, we don't switch — and we don't charge anything.
We scan the market, find the best rate, submit switch request
Your cancel window closes, switch is confirmed
Supplier notifies local utility, switch is processed
New rate takes effect — lower bill on next statement
